In General...
Every trainer and assessor working for Avis First Aid have been CRB checked and hold a HSE awarded certificate in Instructing First Aid at Work as a minimum. When we require external trainers or assessors we only approach other equally qualified local professionals recommended by Protraining.
More Specifically...
The lead instructor and assessor for Avis First Aid, Simon Avis has great aspirations for his developing business. Joining the British Army in 1998, he has served in three war zones and deployed on several exercises, both at home and abroad.
In 2005 Simon Avis was given his first instructural role and has pushed for training excellance since. Covering a wide range of subjects from infantry tactics to operating heavy plant machinery, it wasn't until 2008 that he edged towards specialising in Combat First Aid.
Looking forward to the future, Simon has created Avis First Aid and enjoys offering informative and affordable First Aid courses.

Avis First Aid is a Protrainings approved centre whose main aim is to provide high quality training at a low price. All trainers and assessors are fully qualified by HSE accredited organisations and are annually assessed by an external group. Avis First Aid is instantly advised of any changes being bought into the regulations so we constantly stay at the frontline of change.
