The First Aid at Work course is a three day package which runs from 09:00 - 17:00 daily. The aim of the course is to train participants up to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) approved standard for the The course is aimed at employees who will act as a "Designated First Aider" within a place of employment. The course comprises of theory lessons, practical skill development and an assessment which, with succesfull completion, awards the applicant with a First Aid at Work certificate that is valid for three years. This qualification requires a two day re-qualification course before the certificate expires or the candidate will have to complete another three day First Aid at Work course.

Avis First Aid is a Protrainings approved centre whose main aim is to provide high quality training at a low price. All trainers and assessors are fully qualified by HSE accredited organisations and are annually assessed by an external group.
